Title 28 appendix contains the text of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, Civil Procedure, and Evidence. Previous editions of the U.S. Code are available to access from home with a library card through HeinOnline.
The library retains current and previous editions of Federal Practice and Procedure by Charles Wright and Arthur Miller. Some volumes contain federal rules.
