The current version of the Texas Administrative Code is published on the Texas Secretary of State's website.
The Texas Register is a weekly journal of Texas state agency rulemaking. It includes proposed, adopted, withdrawn and emergency rule actions, notices of state agency review of agency rules, governor's appointments, attorney general opinions, and miscellaneous documents such as requests for proposals. After rules are adopted, they are codified and published in the Texas Administrative Code.
UNT's Portal to Texas History provides access to all historical versions of the Texas Register, beginning with Volume 1, No. 1 (January 6, 1976) up to within a week of the most currently released issue.
