Accessibility

The State Law Library is committed to ensuring that all patrons can use our resources and services to conduct legal research.

Equipment and Software

Public computers have MAGic screen magnification software and JAWS screen reader software.
A large-type keyboard is available for use in the library. Please ask at the reference desk.
A SARA CE scanning, reading, and magnifying device is available for print materials.

Please ask a librarian if you need assistance using the equipment.

Policies

Website Accessibility Policy
This policy explains how we monitor the accessibility of our website to patrons with disabilities. It also links to the accessibility policies of several of our legal databases.
Patron ADA Policy
This policy explains how to make a request for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The library will make reasonable accommodations to all individuals upon request, provided that the accommodation does not constitute an undue hardship to the library.
