Historical Print Resources

These historical volumes provide profiles or short biographies of notable Texas jurists through 1936. You may request these volumes at the library's reference desk.

Contemporary Print Resources

These contemporary titles provide profiles or short biographies of notable Texas jurists from 1800s through modern times. Request volumes at the library's reference desk.

Oral Histories

These oral history interviews focus on memory and perspectives of the past rather than on facts and evidence. The goal is typically to elicit interviewees' perceptions and feelings as they reflect on their careers, personal lives, and particular events. The resources below are primarily print transcripts.
