Section 43.034 of the Texas Election Code
This section of the Texas Election Code defines the standards that must be met in order to consider a polling place accessible to people with disabilities.
Section 64.031 of the Texas Election Code
This section of the Texas Election Code defines who is eligible for assistance in "marking the ballot" at the polling place by an election officer.
Chapter 84, Subchapter A of the Texas Election Code
This subchapter sets out the requirements of an application for an individual who is eligibile to vote early by mail.
Section 104.004 of the Texas Election Code
This statute states that a voter may request curbside voting if "the voter is physically unable to enter the early voting polling place without personal assistance or a likelihood of injuring the voter's health".
